What we operate
Three services, one commitment.
- Application Management & Continuous Improvement
Level 2 and 3 functional and technical support, incident and request management, backlog and release management, SLAs written into the contract and monthly reporting. The system keeps improving after go-live.
- Build capacity
ABAP development (clean core, RAP), Fiori and SAP BTP, CPI integration, automated testing: dedicated or on-demand teams, supervised by senior experts, for your projects and the group’s.
- AI operations
Monitoring, retraining and supervision of the use cases industrialised by the AI Centre of Excellence: the use case becomes a service, with its indicators and its owner.
