This site uses no audience-measurement, advertising or social-network cookies, and no third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: your visit triggers no request to Google or any other provider. That is why no consent banner is shown to you: there is nothing to consent to. Only technical processing strictly necessary for the operation of the site is carried out.

Data controller

The contact form

This site only collects personal data when you submit it voluntarily via the contact form: identity, company, contact details and the content of your message.

  • Purposes and legal basis: to reply to your request and to follow up the business relationship that may result from it (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).
  • Recipients: the INTENOV teams concerned by your request and, where your request warrants it, the teams of the group companies (KOORTIS, AGILICIS). Your data is neither transferred, nor sold, nor used for unsolicited marketing.
  • Retention period: for the time needed to handle the request, then for a maximum of three years after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is ongoing.

Data hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.; messages from the form are sent to the INTENOV team by e-mail and kept on the Cloudflare infrastructure for the time needed to handle them. Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS).

Your rights

In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for residents of the European Union, with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]: we reply within thirty days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (cndp.ma) or, for European residents, with the competent supervisory authority.
