We work at the heart of the SAP ecosystem. Our only allegiance is to the project: every recommendation is assessed against explicit criteria — operational outcome, five-year total cost, standard before custom — written down in black and white. If we occasionally carry licences to simplify an arrangement, it has no bearing on our recommendations, and we say so.
