The group’s AI Centre of Excellence is in Casablanca.
No generic AI: use cases that read your documents, understand your SAP master data and act within your transactions, under supervision proportionate to the risk. We design, measure, govern and industrialise them from Casablanca, for the group’s clients and for yours.
The problem
POCs everywhere.
Production, almost nowhere.
Generative AI demonstrations impress, then stop. Without a connection to the management system, without reliable data or a governance framework, the prototype remains a prototype. The AI that matters reads your real documents, in French and Arabic, understands your SAP master data and acts within your transactions, under control. That work is as much engineering as it is models, and that is where we put our teams.
By process
The use cases worth the effort, domain by domain.
Enterprise AI is judged within a process, never in a catalogue of tools. For each domain, the two or three use cases we know how to examine, measure and integrate into the SAP core.
- Finance
Extraction and reconciliation of supplier invoices (Document AI) · closing assistance: detection of unusual entries and variance commentary · assisted matching of cash receipts.
- Procurement
Compliance checks of purchase requisitions against the contract · spend classification and detection of off-contract purchases · specification-drafting assistant based on Ariba master data.
- Supply chain
Stock-out and supplier-delay alerts with recommended action · demand forecasting enriched with external signals · safety-stock optimisation by product family.
- Customer service
Qualification and routing of incoming requests, in French and Arabic · assisted replies based on customer history and S/4HANA data · detection of at-risk disputes.
- IT & SAP run
Incident analysis and resolution proposals from the knowledge base · assistance with ABAP and BTP development and code review · monitoring of integration flows.
Joule & agents
Where an agent is relevant. Where classic automation is enough. Where nothing should be automated.
The useful question is not “can we put an agent here?”, but “do we need an agent here?”. We examine it before we build.
Relevant
When the situation varies with every case, when the decision requires cross-checking several sources and when the action remains reversible or supervisable: exception handling, incident resolution, purchasing or replenishment recommendations.
Automation is enough
When the rule is stable and the volume is high: workflow, RPA, BTP integration. Cheaper, more predictable, easier to audit. AI adds nothing there that good configuration does not already do.
Automate nothing
When the error costs more than the time saved, when accountability must remain with a named person, when the data is not ready: we say so, and we suggest starting with the data.
The Centre of Excellence method
Prototype, measure, govern, industrialise. In that order.
Prototype
On your real documents and data, in a sandbox connected to SAP. A few weeks, a narrow scope, a result that can be shown.
Measure
Extraction rate, automatic reconciliation rate, time saved, errors avoided: indicators defined before the prototype, measured during it, compared with the existing situation.
Govern
Human supervision proportionate to the risk, traceability of decisions, personal data protection (Law 09-08, GDPR for your European entities), ownership of models and prompts.
Industrialise
Integration into the S/4HANA core, monitoring, continuous improvement handled by the Casablanca service centre. The use case becomes a service, not a project.

What we have already built.
The challenge
Many manufacturers need to leave an ERP at end of maintenance: limited visibility on production, manual supplier processes, the 2027 deadline drawing closer.
The transformation
On SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, within the standard, the group built a demonstrator: production and procurement processes, and Document AI across the supplier chain.
The result
Supplier invoices are extracted and reconciled by Document AI, integrated into the S/4HANA core. A foundation ready to adapt to your processes, and to your documents in Arabic.
